URF Tier ListPatch 26.15
Updated 2026-08-06 · Balance data from the official patch notes
The URF hall of fame. Spam kits and stat-checkers that warp every run of the mode.
Infinite bombs and infinite waveclear. The URF poster child, every single run.
Spin on cooldown and Undying Rage up for every fight.
Scales in fast-forward, and her invulnerability ult is nearly always available.
Counter Strike is effectively always up; auto-attackers simply lose the trade.
Blind uptime approaches permanent and the map drowns in mushrooms.
Charm spam plus endless ult dashes; she never has to commit to anything.
Bullet Time every fight, twice if the fight runs long.
Stacks AP at URF speed and the cage covers half the lane.
Resets and rocket jumps on demand; she scales and snowballs at the same time.
Shield, root, and laser on cooldowns short enough to feel illegal.
Very strong when the cooldowns disappear.
Fine picks. They spam like everyone else without dominating.
Below the curve. Their kits gain less from zero cooldowns than average.
URF's biggest losers. Slow kits and utility champions the mode punishes hardest.
Too slow to catch anyone who is permanently dashing.
All utility, no damage, in a mode that is entirely about damage.
Enchanter output can't keep pace with infinite incoming damage.
A utility jungler with nothing to spam and no jungle to farm.
A slow wind-up kit in the fastest mode League has. The stats are brutal.
Overheat locks him out while everyone else casts for free.
How this tier list is made
URF rankings are curated from played games, informed by Riot's URF-specific balance pressure, since the champions that need the heaviest nerfs are usually the ones that dominate when cooldowns drop by 80%. See the raw adjustments on the URF balance page.
